French customers visited the Carrefine LED headlamp factory and expressed high praise for the product’s strength and production standards.

Recently, a delegation of three from a renowned French outdoor equipment distributor made a special trip to the XX LED headlamp factory for a field trip and partnership discussions. Accompanied by the factory’s general manager and core team, the delegation showcased the company’s comprehensive capabilities in LED headlamp R&D, production, and quality control through a tour of the production line, product performance testing, and technical discussions. The customer expressed their high satisfaction and reached a preliminary agreement on further collaboration.

Meticulous preparations demonstrate professional hospitality.

To ensure a smooth French customer visit, the factory initiated special preparations a week in advance. Considering the client’s focus on outdoor camping and mountain sports equipment, the team specifically prioritized three core product lines: a high-brightness, long-lasting battery series suitable for extreme environments, a lightweight and portable series, and an intelligent sensor adjustment series. Bilingual (French + Chinese) product manuals, production flow charts, and quality inspection reports were also produced. French signage was added to the reception area, and French-speaking technical specialists were assigned throughout the visit. This meticulous attention to detail demonstrates our commitment to international customers and lays the foundation for efficient communication between the two parties.


On-site inspection: Witnessing strong capabilities and stringent standards

Led by the factory’s general manager, the French customers first visited the automated production workshop. From LED chip placement and optical lens assembly to finished product seal testing, the customers were deeply impressed by the efficient and precise operation of the automated equipment throughout the entire process. “Your placement accuracy reaches ±0.02mm, far exceeding the industry average. This effectively ensures the uniformity of the headlamp’s light emission,” the customer representative commented positively during their inspection of the SMT production line.

The delegation then visited the quality testing center, focusing on the product’s extreme environmental adaptability testing. In the high and low temperature test chamber, the LED headlamp maintained stable illumination through temperature cycles ranging from -30°C to 60°C. In the waterproofing test, the headlamp remained functional after being submerged in 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes and then removed. A customer personally tested the headlamp’s battery life by wearing it. After eight hours of continuous use in high-brightness mode, the battery still had 20% remaining, far exceeding their stated “six hours of high-brightness battery life.” “Our biggest challenges in the European market were low-temperature battery life and water resistance. Your product completely addresses these pain points.” The customer filmed a video of the test on-site and shared it with the headquarters team.


In-depth discussions solidified the direction of cooperation

After the inspection, the two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on product customization, production capacity guarantees, and delivery timelines. The French customer requested that the existing product feature a “red light warning mode” and USB-C fast charging capabilities to meet the needs of the European outdoor market. The factory’s technical team immediately provided a feasible solution and promised to provide samples within two weeks. In response to the customer’s concern about production capacity, the general manager explained, “We currently have five production lines with a monthly capacity of 150,000 units, and we have two spare lines reserved. This fully meets your company’s monthly procurement needs of 80,000-100,000 units, with a delivery time of less than 30 days.”

At the conclusion of the negotiation, the customer signed a Letter of Intent on the spot, confirming an initial purchase of 50,000 LED headlamps and plans to invite the factory team to the Munich Outdoor Products Show in Germany next March. “This visit has given us great confidence in our partnership. We were impressed not only by the product quality, but also by your professional service and responsiveness,” said the customer representative.
